The finished quilt is approximately 40 inches square.
This pattern includes fabric requirements, basic instructions for cutting and piecing and raw edge appliqué templates.  All the drawings supplied are the correct size and have already been reversed for convenient tracing. However you can always enlarge or reduce the template as needed. 
The PDF file is sent to you as A4 (297mm x 210mm) colour pages for you to print out at home.
What I love about this pattern is how much even older kids love driving their little cars around on it. It makes a great playmat to take out and about with you even on picnics.
