Shipping

Any orders placed after Monday 16th December 2024 will not be shipped until after Monday 6th January 2025

Please note that depending what you order you might receive your order in multiple parcels. For example if you order an illustrated print and a calendar, the print is shipped out directly from the printers and the calendar I ship out separately.

I do not take responsibility if an incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.
I aim to ship orders within 5-10 working days from receipt of payment.

Please be aware that as the seller we do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country. Such fees are the buyer's responsibility.
From previous experience orders heading to America arrive within 5-10 days and Australia is around 10-14 days but international orders can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Please allow adequate time for your orders.

Illustrated prints, tote bags and calendars are shipped directly from the printers to help lower the shipping costs and to avoid waste as each order is custom made.

Originals are all shipped tracked and recorded. Frames are not included.

DOWNLOADABLES:
Once payment is cleared, you will receive a download link within a few minutes of your purchase to your email provided in the order. If the email is not in your inbox, please check the spam folder as well. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer in order to view it. If you don't have it on your computer you can go to the Adobe website and download it for free.

As of December 10th 2024 I will unfortunately no longer be able to ship to countries within the European Union and Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR regulations that are coming into effect from the 13th December 2024. I will of course update this should anything change.

I do not accept returns as everything is made to order or is delivered as an instant download, so please read the product description carefully before making a purchase.

As everything is made to order I do not do refunds. Please make sure you read the item description properly before placing an order.
I always make sure to package items well to ensure safe delivery, however in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item,  please take photos of the item and the packaging in the state it was delivered to the best of your ability and contact me within 48 hours of receipt. I will work swiftly to assess the situation and rectify the issue.

Digital items  such as downloadable patterns, aren't eligible for returns or exchanges due to the nature of these items.

When you place an order through the Kjersti Smith online shop, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number.  This information is used to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about it.  Any information sent to www.kjerstismith.com will be considered confidential. After you place an order in the online shop we use your information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your product has been shipped. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by email if we have any queries regarding your order. Kjersti will not sell or trade your information to anyone. If you subscribe to the mailing list, your information will be used for the purpose of keeping you up to date with new products, news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any point.
